Fibre aids digestion and phosphorus is important for healthy cells and bones and keeping energy levels stable.
When to give to your baby
Brown rice makes a good choice for one of your baby’s first grains. We recommend to start weaning at around 6 months, however every baby is different so follow your instinct or consult your health visitor if you are not sure.
